1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the AALVINAI Technologies website or engaging our software engineering services, you agree to adhere to these terms, enterprise service agreements, and all applicable global and Indian regulatory statutes.
2. Scope of Services
AALVINAI Technologies delivers bespoke enterprise architecture, AI agentic pipelines, ERP/CRM implementations, and financial technology software. All project timelines, specifications, and deliverables are formally defined in corresponding Statements of Work (SOW).
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All custom code, database models, and intellectual property developed specifically for a client pursuant to an executed master agreement transfer to the client upon contract fulfillment. Proprietary core frameworks, reusable modules, and brand assets remain the exclusive property of AALVINAI Technologies.
4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Both parties agree to treat proprietary data, business logic, algorithmic models, and source code with the highest tier of confidentiality, backed by mutual NDA commitments.
5. Service Reliability & Limitation of Liability
While we uphold rigorous enterprise engineering standards, systems are provided in accordance with agreed service level objectives (SLOs). AALVINAI Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or third-party cloud infrastructure service disruptions beyond direct control.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
